Answer
First… I would like to say that there is no such thing as spot reducing! If that were true, gum chewers would have skinny muscular jaws. What really happens is your body burns fat all over at rates determined mostly by genetics and hormones.
What you can do is optimize the fat burning through a combination of aerobic and strength training exercise along with the right nutrition plan. Then the fat will burn off in the reverse order it was put on. In other words… Last on, first off!
